Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with The Occasional Glamour and Practical & Precious. We are committed to delivering your Sparkle Box safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below.

• Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods such as Christmas.

 

📍 Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

When your Sparkle Box ships, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

🚚 Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be found, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Each Sparkle Box is packed securely in our premium magnetic box with protective packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
